At Lokahi Holistic Therapy, we believe that true well-being encompasses balance, harmony and joy across physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of health. Our mission is to foster this holistic equilibrium through an integrative approach that blends the therapeutic benefits of chromotherapy, aromatherapy, and yoga therapy. By tailoring our products and services with personalization and care, we create a bespoke multi-sensory experience that engages sight, smell, touch, interoception, and proprioception, guiding each client toward achieving Lokahi—intrapersonal balance, harmony and joy.


Meet the Team

Lokahi Holistic Therapy LLC is owned and operated by Carrie Lamberson, BA, 500ERYT. Carrie graduated from Temple University with a BA in psychology and research neuroscience in 2016. Following graduation Carrie traveled to Orlando Florida where she became certified as a 200 hour yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance and earned 50 additional hours in aerial yoga instruction in 2017. From 2017 - 2020 Carrie taught for a number of yoga studios and martial arts gyms in the Philadelphia area teaching aerial yoga, yoga for Muy Thai and Brazilian Jiujitsu, and various forms of mat yoga including vinyasa, power, hatha, restorative and yin. During this time Carrie also worked for University of Pennsylvania supporting research efforts of the Penn Mental Health AIDS Research Center.

Following the COVID-19 pandemic, Carrie opted for a change and began pursuing her Master’s degree in Yoga Therapy at Maryland University of Integrative Health and has become an Alliance of International Aromatherapists recognized level one aromatherapist. Carrie is now in her second year of her master’s program where she has earned her 500RYT and is in continuing education to become a level two aromatherapist. In the fall of 2023, she launched her business in creating custom aerial silks, aerial therapy programing and aromatherapy for clients with special conditions, and teaches therapeutic yoga and aerial yoga in Bend, Oregon. In the fall of 2024, Carrie relocated to Portand OR to continue expanding her practice and services where she resides with her partner.
